Metallic structure

Quality of steel used throughout the track S 235 JR.
Enclosure type: 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh placed on rectangular hollow profile pillars with a 100x50x2 mm section.
Angle profiles in 2.5 mm thick sendzimir galvanized sheet metal, with holes to house the ends of the electro-welded mesh so that they are hidden, to avoid injury to the players.
Fixing of angles and plates by means of M8 metric flat-head fast-threading screws and M-8×16 Allen-type screws in stainless steel Din 7380 A-2 with rounded head.

electrolytic galvanized

Corrosion treatment: electrolytic galvanized.
Anti-corrosion characteristics tested in a cloud chamber under continuous test conditions.
- Test Compliant Standard: ASTM B-117-97

Protection at singular points

Specific protection is carried out at certain singular points of the manufactured tracks, which is applied specifically in
the following items:
- Zinc plating of anchor plates in supports: The plates that support the structures of the pillars that have a zinc bath called “electrolytic zinc plating”.
- Welding: All parts are welded with an alloy for inert gas arc welding of metals of easy
  adhesion to steel, very suitable for surfaces subject to corrosion.
- Finish: lacquered in a polymerization oven based on polyester resins.

Elastic joint for fixing glass

As a separating element in the fixing of the glass panels on the metal structure, they are placed together
elastic bands made of a cellular chloroprene + EPDM rubber compound, 40 mm wide and 3 mm thick.
